“LE ROC” RESTAURANT
This is where the charm of the Alpine brasserie and understated luxury converge. The restaurant seats 55 diners in addition to a summer terrace seating 15. The centrepiece of the space is the open fireplace, which underscores the Alpine mood and is used to prepare exquisite grilled meat and fish dishes. There are 55 further seats on the first floor, making it the perfect venue for private functions.

Every Saturday evening from June to August on the “Roc” terrace, Chef Philippe Bouteille’s team will be grilling a selection of meat and vegetables and will be preparing a large salad buffet to enjoy with friends or family.

Executive Chef Philippe Bouteille’s motto is build up exclusive dishes with what the nature offers
us. He relies only on the very best ingredients, which he combines in unpretentiously simple and
authentic dishes or melds in playful fusions. The Lyon-born chef discovered his passion for cooking
early and has devoted himself entirely to hospitality. Starting his career in different restaurants he
gained some great experience in famous restaurants in Courchevel, St. Tropez and Monte Carlo.
In Switzerland he was in charge of the kitchens of the famous Hôtel Mirador in Mont Pèlerin.
